Prayer, please

Dear Friends,

Pamela called tonight asking for prayer for her friend Christi.  She got a call tonight that her Daddy had died suddenly.  Actually, they couldn’t find her when the call came, so Pamela and friends had to look for her so they could get word to her.    Please pray for Christi, her 16 year old brother Josh, who has really fallen apart.  The Dad and Mom are divorced, and Christi and Josh lived with their Dad.  So many decisions facing these young people at this time of deep grieving.

Pamela is really broken over this, for Christi, as well as the reality of what can happen when you are 600 miles from home.  Pray that she will get some sleep, and that she will be able to handle the day tomorrow that must go on while her friend is hurting.

Thank you for your prayers.

Of course I will be praying for them.  Bless their hearts!!!!  How very sad!  And right at the holidays.  Why do these things always happen.  There should be some kind of moritorium on death over the holiday season.
