Full House!

So Pamela and Chloe have been here for several days, and I am full to overflowing at having all my kids and grandkids near. And today, all four grandkids are here in my house.  I can’t even tell you how wonderful that is!

We went to the beach yesterday, and had such a wonderful time.  It was just us girls – Me, Dan, Pam, Emily, friends Melody and Katie, Mel’s daughter Nicole, Arulai, Selah, Chloe…And Titus!  The weather was remarkable and the kids were great! The beach was basically deserted, so we had a super easy time keeping watch over the kids.  It was so nice enjoying the day with so many of my favorite people!

Bill has been back to the north again; this time he did get caught in some weather. And got sick. But he saw some beautiful scenery, made some good money, and saw more of our beautiful country.  I was more than ready for him to come home, which he did in due time!

Today is an off day for us – we actually get to stay home. Well, almost all of “we”.  I am meeting Bill to help him with a photography job this evening. Again, I’m not wild about taxidermy photography, but I am wild about my husband, so I’m excited about going with him. I told him it was almost like a date!

Saturday is our town’s “Lone Star 1st Saturday” and Bill and I will be back with a booth of his fine art prints.  I love doing this! I mean, it’s great making sales, but I also enjoy our community, and this event particularly! There will be craft vendors, farmers and their wares, home bakeries (my sisterall kinds of things! And music – local musicians on porches and in the community center yard. It’s just a lovely day, and I love it!!

Well, I’d better get off and go get ready for some taxidermy!

God bless your day!

About Petty Bunch

The Petty Bunch is what we have called our family since Bill and I (Janina) began our family back in the early 1980s. We have gone down many roads together - homeschooling our kiddoes, enjoying the freedom of entrepreneurship many years, working at "real jobs" other years. Through it all, we have been loved with God's everlasting love, and have found that underneath are His everlasting arms! We are blessed to have been married for over 39 years, and have 3 incredible adult children, a wonderful daughter-in-law, an amazing son-in-law, and TEN grandchildren: five precious granddaughters, and 5 handsome grandsons - so far. We are empty nesters, still enjoy the life of an entrepreneur and the freedom it gives us to continue enjoying our kids and now, their kids!

Your grand children are just precious dolls!  So glad you’ve had time to spend with your little Chloe.  I love the picture of the old church. Or maybe it was a school?  Anyway, wonderful choice!
